It’s designed to provide a flexible and collaborative workspace for freelancers, startups, and remote workers.

How do I schedule a tour? 

Please visit our website and select “Bookings/ Schedule a tour ” to make a reservation.

Can I use the coworking space on a drop-in basis? 

Yes, you can! Day passes per person or daily office spaces for teams are available for those who need occasional access. These can be purchased on the same day. Please visit the “Booking Day Passes/ Daily Office” section on our website for more details.

What type of workspaces does Ethos Society offer? 

Ethos Society offers a variety of workspaces designed to accommodate the needs of companies of all sizes and stages. Our shared workplaces include access to common areas such as cafes, meeting rooms, lounges, and wellness rooms.

What are the main memberships at Ethos Society? 

Hot Desk gives you a seat in our shared areas, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Dedicated Desk offers a more private space, perfect for those seeking permanent seating. Studio Dedicated Desk provides access to a private shared office with a permanent desk. Studio Membership gives you a private office, with the rate varying based on the number of occupants. All of those memberships are 24/7 access + Credits for use of our amenities.

If I have a private office membership, can I change the size of my office? 

Yes, we offer flexible terms that make it easy to scale your office space up or down based on your business needs. Reducing office size may be subject to availability.

Does the Private Office membership come furnished? 

Yes, private offices come fully furnished with desks and office chairs. We also encourage members to bring their own furniture and decor.

What amenities are typically offered with an Ethos Society Membership? 

Our common amenities include high-speed internet, meeting rooms, a podcast room, a mothers/meditation room, coffee and kitchen facilities, comfortable seating, and networking events. Additionally, private lockers and printing/scanning services are available for an extra fee.

Are meeting rooms available, and how can they be reserved? 

Yes, memberships include a certain number of meeting room hours based on a credit system, with credits varying depending on the membership type. Meeting rooms can be reserved on the App or through the front desk, with 1 credit equating to 1 hour.
